Class/ Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy

• A make-up day or full refund will be issued for any cancellation made more than 3 days before the date of your class or workshop.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the day your class or workshop is scheduled:
• Refunds and make-up days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Cancellations made within 1 day of your scheduled class or workshop: No refunds will be issued. However, a credit for a future class may be offered.

Make-up classes are available upon request.

To request a make-up date or cancellation, please get in touch with us at PeaceLoveSe.co@gmail.com. Please include your full name, class/ workshop name, and the date/ time of the scheduled class or workshop.

Threads & More Refund Policy

Apparel, Handbag, & Accessories Refund/ Exchange Policy

• Exchanges:
All items in the Threads & More section are one-of-a-kind creations. Replacements or Exchanges for the same item are an option. If there’s an issue or something not quite right with the item you’ve purchased, we will do our best, if possible, to alter the existing item or recreate it for you with a similar look/ vibe.

• All items are sold “as is.”

• Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• A refund or exchange request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase.

General liability waiver and photo release

By registering and making payment for any class or workshop at PeaceLoveSew.co  located at 725 S. Las Vegas Blvd suit 230 Las Vegas NV 89101, you are giving up important legal rights, including the right to sue PeaceLoveSew.co LLC for injuries or damages, and assuming all risks associated with your participation.
1. Assumption of risk
I understand and acknowledge that participation in sewing classes, workshops, and other events offered by PeaceLoveSew.co LLC involves inherent risks of injury, property damage, and loss. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with these activities, including, but not limited to, those caused by:

  • Use of sewing machines, which may result in injury from moving parts.

  • Handling sharp tools, including scissors, rotary cutters, and needles.

  • Working with heat sources, such as irons and heat presses, which may cause burns.

  • Damage to personal clothing or other property.

  • Tripping, falling, or other accidents on the premises.

  • The negligence or misconduct of other participants.

I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in this activity and will follow all safety instructions provided by PeaceLoveSew.co LLC staff.
2. Release of liability
In exchange for participating in activities at PeaceLoveSew.co LLC, I release PeaceLoveSew.co LLC, its owners, employees, and representatives (the "Released Parties") from any liability for loss, damage, or injury sustained during my participation. This release covers negligence by the Released Parties, as allowed by Nevada law.

3. Indemnification and hold harmless
I agree to protect and compensate the Released Parties against claims, damages, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising from my participation or negligence.
4. Photo and video release
I allow PeaceLoveSew.co LLC to use photos and videos taken of me during events for marketing and other legitimate purposes. I give up any claim to payment for using these images.
5. Consent to medical treatment
I agree to receive necessary medical treatment if I am injured or become ill during participation and understand I am responsible for the costs.
6. For minor participants
If I am signing for a minor (under 18), I confirm I understand this waiver on their behalf and agree to its terms. I also release and protect the Released Parties from claims related to the minor's participation. I certify the minor can follow instructions and has my permission to participate. Note: Nevada law may limit a parent's ability to waive a minor's right to sue for personal injury, but this waiver can still be helpful.

By purchasing any class or workshop you are confirming that you’ve read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this legally binding contract.
